It is pretty common to hear from many people how much they hate their job. Everywhere you turn there seems to be countless complaints about how my job sucks, all the people in my company are idiots, my boss hates me, or I deserve so much more than this stupid job. Well I hate to tell you but in reality that job you hate is exactly where you are supposed to be.

If you were not supposed to be there, you would not be. You are supposed to be in that job, reporting to that idiot, dealing will all those other fools, because that is exactly what is happening. Talk to any person you know and they see exactly what I see - you being in that job right here, right now. It is true because it is what is happening and the sooner you realize that, the better.

I am even going to go as far as to say that you deserve that job too. Why? You are there are you not! So you and that job are meant to be one. Hate it as much as you want, but it is the best thing that is happening to you! The sooner you actually come to realize that the job you hate is your biggest opportunity, then you are finally starting to get in alignment with what the Universe and your true self want for you.

You see, resistance is the best thing for you. It is in fact a huge opportunity. That job you want to quit is just what you need to stay in. Once you start to see the opportunity and possible gain behind that job and the resistance it provides you in life, the better your life will become. Of course, to do this it means you are actually going to have to take on some personal responsibility and stop being a victim. Do you think you can do that?

If you have the courage to stop being a victim and actually learn to embrace that horrible job, your life will turn around for the better. Now this will not be an easy process at all, but with my help I can show you how your biggest asset in life is that sucky job. How do I know this? Well, I for one lived it, and it is also one of the cornerstones of the be lived by life methodology. I believe that if you embrace this methodology you can in fact become a super star at your company and then use that as a spring board to become the grandest vision you have of yourself.

So if you have taken on my challenge, then the first step is to actually focus on what you do not like within your job. Get out a piece of paper and write down ever juicy detail. This is a no holds barred fight here with your life on the line. So put it all down - things about everyone you interact with, your boss, your job duties, the company, vendors, everyone you come in contact with at work. Keep this list to yourself but be as descriptive as you need to be.

I want you to feel the emotions and get into the guts of the problems you are having. I do need you to not be engulfed by the problems, though. Keep some sense of consciousness about you so that we can actually move you forward, but allow yourself to feel all the emotions. Keep that one part of you that is present and not affected by the emotions in complete control. Then after everything is written down, that part will help you understand that now you have a list of where you are in life and what your realty is like. This is important because you cannot get to anywhere unless you know where you currently are.

Do not make a mistake and use this list as a reason to actually quit your job and move on. If you do that you will more than likely just repeat the same problems over and over. It is best to use this list to fix your current situation and use this job as the catalyst to greater things. Just remember it is supposed to be happening because it is.

What to do after the list is complete? Sleep on it and just be present with all the junk and emotions that came up. Do not become part of their story, but instead just watch them from afar and understand they are part of you but something that we will be changing and letting go. So that you can finally have the life you want… which as crazy as it sounds, starts with the job you hate!
